Nothing
like a well crafted Chenin Blanc to save the day! This lovely jewel was
harvested from Phillips Vineyards of the Texas High Plains AVA. It presents a nice
pale golden hue and reveals immediate floral notes of peach and citrus. Sip and
swirl, and you’ll be delighted with a bit of ginger, as well, for added profile.
Let’s call this white wine treat well balanced with moderate acidity. It’s a
savory one, indeed. Cheers!
