Clocking in at 14.5 abv, this Texas High Plains AVA sourced fruit is quite a palate pleaser for sure. The high alcohol and minerality seem to go hand in hand with this fine white wine jewel. For 2025, tropical aromas are predominant for this stainless-steel aged delight and already displays a medium yellow hue. There is just a little bit of citrus zest in there to tickle your tastebuds while you sip and savor this deliciously refreshing white wine. Santé!
