Are you making that long trek between Houston and Dallas on I-45?  The summer of 2011 has certainly been a hot one, but if you stop on over in Bristol than these folks will fix you right up with some soothing and delicious slush wines!  Just make a selection from your favorite fruity wine and you’ll have found your antidote to triple digit heat.  You’ll just have to try it for yourself! They also have a lemon wine, yes; you heard that right…which makes awesome lemonade slush. Very unique in its own right, the lemon wine also makes a delightful cooking wine. They’ve been open since April of 2011 and have already made a name for themselves with their Mora Negro style wine – one of their best sellers!  Just saying these chilled wines hits the spot does not do justice.
