Named
after a beloved family member, this Texas Hill Country AVA sourced fruit is a
great example of how well 100% Texas Semillon can be. The vineyard is located
east of Fredericksburg and this wine made from there has a moderate golden
color with subtle floral notes. There are definite apple notes along with some
light honeysuckle to round things out.
The acids are spot on with this one and the mouthfeel can be quite
lavish, soft, and lush. This wine is a fine example of this single varietal. An
absolute delight. Cheers!
