This well-known Rosé label has long delivered classic Provance-style wines made from Texas grapes to enjoy. For this vintage, the blend is given a new twist by mixing in Sangiovese with the usual Cinsault. The first full chilled glass reveals a deeper peach shade, rather than the typical salmon hue of earlier releases. Take in the aroma—raspberry and melon leap out, followed by subtle hints of rose petals. Swirling is optional, but taking a sip brings forth a gentle tropical sensation backed by some cherry notes. The acidity is softer than expected from earlier releases, yet the finish remains pleasant.
