Crafted from estate fruit grown in the Texas Hill Country AVA, this Cabernet
Sauvignon vintage shows how the hickory sand formation can do wonders in the
vineyard. It opens with black cherry, spices, and subtle smoke, followed by
cherry, and a touch of oak. Blackberries come out on subsequent sip and all together
it is simply a delicious way to enjoy the day. Cheers!
