This
lovely sparkling blend of 75% Chenin Blanc and 25% Trebbiano is a refreshing
treat. With a pale straw color and moderate bubbles, the first sensations to
delight the senses are floral aromas and peaches. On the palate, one discerns a
bit of melon mingling with banana to tease and tempt. The abundant bubbles and
mild creaminess texture are pleasant, as well. On the finish, are lingering
notes of honeysuckle before that crisp feel kicks in. A wonderfully bubbly for the change in
seasons and a great way to euphorically express the joy in spring. Cheers!
