from the Texas High Plains AVA, this Syrah wine makes for an excellent meat pairing
to compliment your meal. With 25% Petite Sirah mixed in, that first pour will
greet your dinner table with notes of cherry, pepper, and bit of leather. Taking
that first sip, you’ll experience the medium acids and tannins and the flavors
of plum. This bottle has a great finish
of vanilla and lingering tobacco, as well.
