Pasa Robles AVA, this extended maceration version of this Tannat presents an
elegant, smooth and complex red wine.
Notes of apples and cola entice the nose initially just before you take
that anticipated first sip. Some wonderful cranberries will envelop your palate
followed by beautiful rich spices. The low acids and fine finish absolutely add
to the approachability of this robust beauty. This is drinking nicely now, however,
it can still cellar for a while and continue to evolve in the coming years. A
