This
traditional Southern Italian varietal seems to have found a nice home in
Texas. Sourced from Pepper Jack
Vineyards, this Texas High Plains AVA fruit will greet you with a nice tropical
sensation on the nose. That first sip
will also entice those tastebuds with citrus notes accompanied by a touch of
apple. The acids are great for this white wine, giving this wine a Sémillon-like
feel to it. This 2023 San Francisco Wine
Competition Best of Class winner has some bragging rights as well. Put this
white wine in the medium bodied category and plan to pair this one with fine food.
