may not come across many of these in Texas, but this Texas High Plains AVA
sourced Riesling is a good one to try.
It pours a deep pale hue with immediate aromas of citrus to greet your nose.
This light dry white wine is somewhat tart with a touch of green apple and a
little pear. This would make a great
street style fish dish to pair with, as well. Cheers!
