This
genetic cross between Norton and Cabernet Sauvignon holds much promise for
areas prone to Pierce’s Disease. Estate grown in the Texas Hill Country AVA,
this initial Rosé release is full of tropical flavors to entice your senses.
Pineapple comes out the most along with some mango. It has a smooth texture
after that first sip along with a hint of creaminess. Plans are to make a red wine along with a
sparkling version in the future - looking forward to trying these creations
