Made from 100% Blanc du Bois, this wine is very approachable
for any white wine fan. Sourced from Starry Night Farms in Austin County, its
low alcohol and bone dry feel helps make this sometimes overlooked varietal
stand out well on its own. Upon
pouring, the wine presents distinct floral and lemon aromas, followed by notes
of apple and pear. Subtle hints of apricot and a slight effervescence further
enhance its character. The wine is quite refreshing and definitely a fun
