What a pleasure it is to have this Estate Rosé! Crafted from
estate-grown Mourvèdre and Tempranillo fruit, this bad boy underwent full
malolactic fermentation to yield a well rounded chilled glass of wine to savor.
Nice floral sensations come out at first that lead to lots of cherry and
strawberry notes, with a little bit of melon tucked in there for extra
character. A good balance of acidity keeps everything lively and refreshing
from start to finish, as well. It is definitely an all day wine affair to enjoy
well. Cheers!
Wine Of The Moment is just that. A moment of trying out a new bottle of wine and sharing our thoughts and impressions. There is no planned wine bottle that is to be opened or set time that it will be tasted. It is what ever just happens to be opened...for the moment. On occasion, we may also post our feedback on new wineries that we have visited as well as unique cheeses. So, pull up your own plate of cheese, crackers, and fruit and enjoy these discussions.
