For
under $10, this is a fantastic go-to Cava. Made from 40% Trepat, 40% Pinot
Noir, and 20% Garnatxa, this wine pours a nice light pink shade and will
certainly visually please you with many bubbles on that first pour. The intense
fruit scent of strawberries will be the first to greet you as you begin your sipping
experience followed apple notes. That fizzy sensation on your palate is a
wonderful mouthfeel complemented with flavors of cherries and grapefruit. There
are also floral and honey notes on the finish. There is a lot of fun, and bang for the buck
with this Cava Brut. Do not shy away from trying something new. ¡Salud!
