Hello
Argentinian Malbec! The owners of El Gaucho
have been able to bring their fine wines from Familia
Sewell to Texas. Sourced from
the Mendoza region, everything that is bold and beautiful in Argentinian wines shines
thru in this one. You will be amazed at
the quality and texture of this Malbec. Plums and cherries will delight the
nose and invite you to take a sip. Your palate will be intrigued with lots of dark
fruit with a touch of leather that will envelope your senses. This sipping
pleasure will be followed by a bit of smokiness and pepper on the finish. It is
well balanced and smooth, making this one a perfect sipper. This 12-year-old wine is holding its own and
is drinking nicely right now. Enjoy!
Wine Of The Moment is just that. A moment of trying out a new bottle of wine and sharing our thoughts and impressions. There is no planned wine bottle that is to be opened or set time that it will be tasted. It is what ever just happens to be opened...for the moment. On occasion, we may also post our feedback on new wineries that we have visited as well as unique cheeses. So, pull up your own plate of cheese, crackers, and fruit and enjoy these discussions.
