Using
the four-letter word like “fine” to describe this brut is not enough. Add a five-letter
word like “extra” to emphasize how good this English sparkling really is.
Sourced from Sussex and Hampshire, this blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 35%
Chardonnay, and 25% Pinot Meunier will quickly pique your interest with its fresh
fruity aromas. The tiny bubbles are a
sight for something great in this sparkling. Apples, melons, and honey are just
a few of the notes to excite your wine palate. The acids and fizz complement
each other quite well and the dry finish is the crescendo you will crave to
repeat. This GOLD 2017 Texsom winner will be a blast to have in your cellar. Well
done and Cheers!
Wine Of The Moment is just that. A moment of trying out a new bottle of wine and sharing our thoughts and impressions. There is no planned wine bottle that is to be opened or set time that it will be tasted. It is what ever just happens to be opened...for the moment. On occasion, we may also post our feedback on new wineries that we have visited as well as unique cheeses. So, pull up your own plate of cheese, crackers, and fruit and enjoy these discussions.
